DOB Bronx Borough Office moves to a new location

All customer service windows at the Bronx Borough Office will close on March 8, 2024, and resume operations on March 11, 2024, at their new location on the 5th floor of 1775 Grand Concourse.

The DOB Bronx Borough Office will relocate from its current site at 1932 Arthur Avenue, 5th floor, to a new address, 1775 Grand Concourse, 5th Floor. The Arthur Avenue office will remain open to the public until 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 7, and will close on Friday, March 8. Operations will resume at the new Grand Concourse location on Monday, March 11. Contact details will remain unchanged.

Important changes affecting Bronx DOB services include:

Record requests for DOB Bronx properties cannot be processed through DOB NOW: BIS Options on March 7 or March 8. Additionally, records cannot be retrieved at either the Arthur Avenue or Grand Concourse locations on March 8 or March 11.

Service ticket kiosks will be unavailable from February 28 through March 8, 2024, at the Arthur Avenue location. During this period, sign-in sheets will be used instead of service tickets.
